Production areas of repair zone of the Service Centre


  • 15 staging sites for service of trucks and trailers,
  • 6 inspection pits for the trucks,
  • an aggregate area (repair of engines, gearboxes, drive axle gear boxes, brake calipers, groove of braking discs and drums, running gear repairs, wheel geometry, and much more),
  • a welding station,
  • a site of computer diagnostic and repair of electrical equipment,
  • a site for an oil change and performing the maintenance.

There is also warehouse with a wide nomenclature of original spare parts for trucks organized.

Modern equipment is used for the successful fulfillment of the total volume of services in the Service Station:
  • electronic diagnostic equipment IVECO (E.A.S.Y., Modus)
  • electronic diagnostic equipment Wabco
  • diagnostic pneumatic stands
  • stands for engine repair
  • stands for gearbox repair
  • special tools IVECO
  • CORGHI machine tools for wheel mounting and wheel balancing
  • a machine tool for riveting brake linings
  • a press for the replacement of bolts of any brand of car (Iveco, Volvo, Komatsu, Isuzu, etc.).
  • a machine tool for inspection and repair of starters and generators on all modes
  • hydraulic presses, turning lathes and milling machines
  • elevators of various capacity, etc.

Staff


A team of experienced, trained professionals provides full-rate and qualitative work of auto service. In order to replenish the personnel of Service Centre with the young professionals, the “CBC” Company concluded a social project with a Professional Lyceum No. 6 (Almaty). After specialized training and passing the certification committee, the best among the graduates of the Lyceum replenish the basic set of mechanics.

Today the station employs 40 highly qualified specialists.
Employees of the “CBC” Company can provide a full range of services for trucks and specialized technique of European and other manufacturers (Iveco, Volvo, Komatsu, Isuzu etc.).
